Condolences

06/07/2019 The Director of the CCIAR, Sheikh Ali Al Shamrani, together with all the staff of the institution, express their condolences and deep sorrow to the President of the Islamic Center of the Argentine Republic, Mr. Aníbal Bachir Backir and all his relatives, due to the brothers death, Bachir Muhammad Nayib Bakir We pray to Allah, the Almighty, to grant him His Mercy and His Forgiveness, and to grant him a dwelling in his eternal Eden with the Prophets, the Loyalists, the Martyrs and the Virtuous Ones. Amin "Surely from Allaah we come, and to Him we will return" (Holy Quran 2: 156).

01/07/2019 On Monday, July 1, 2019, the Director of CCIAR, S.E. Sheikh Ali Al Shamrani, was visited by the Vice President of the Peoples Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia Dr. Muhammad Hidayat Nur Wahid, (reelected for the second time) and also graduated in Bachelor, Master and Doctorate at the Islamic University of Medina Al Munawarah.

26/06/2019 On Wednesday, June 26, 2019, that of the Islamic Cultural Center Custodio of the two Sacred King Fahd Mosques, in Argentina, S.E. Sheikh Ali A. Al Shamrani was honored to receive the visit of the Ambassador of Egypt in the Argentine Republic S.E. Amin Mourad Meleika. The Ambassador praised the continuous efforts made by the Islamic Fahd Islamic Cultural Center in Buenos Aires to spread Islamic culture and religion in America, noting that it is a source of pride that the entity is always at the service and benefits the entire community.

About Us

The Islamic Cultural Center "Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd in Argentina" is a clear example of the constant effort to present Arab culture and Islamic civilization, building strong bridges of dialogue that promote understanding and cooperation for peace and common good, through what God (The Almighty) says in the Quran:
"Oh mankind! We created you from a man [Adam] and a woman [Eve], and [from their offspring] We made you into nations and tribes so that you may know each other. Indeed, the most honorable of you before God is the most merciful ... ". ("The Chambers" verse 13)

Opening

When the construction of the Center was finished, the King Fahd Islamic Cultural Center was inaugurated by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz, Crown Prince then, on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Ibn Abdulaziz, with the presence of the highest national authorities of Argentina, proceeding to discover the plaque on Monday 27 of Yumadah AlThani, year 1421H.of the Islamic Calendar, corresponding to September 25, 2000.

It was a solemn official ceremony held for that purpose with the participation of important Argentine government officials, members of the Arab and Islamic diplomatic corps, heads of schools, societies and Islamic entities in Argentina and the countries of South America and the Caribbean, as well as dignitaries from the Muslim community.

Serve Islam and the Islamic community in the Argentine Republic and in the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.
Teach the Arabic language and make known the Islamic and Arabic culture.
Promote and expand the framework of cultural, educational, scientific, technical and artistic cooperation between the Argentine Republic and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
